= Basart & Sloet was a glazier firm located in The Hague and active in the years between 1927-1935, founded by the painter and art historian Hans Basart and Willem van den Clooster baron Sloet tot Everlo. The company went bankrupt in 1932, but continued its activities until 1935. The art deco style designs are typical for that period and can still be found in numerous houses in the Netherlands. Mostly designs for "bovenlichten" (window panes above doors) and larger glass windows.
