Je vroeg bovendien nog naar de data en wenschen betreffende de biografie die de President van zijnen Secretaris te schrijven hoopt. Data: Geboren 24 mrt '15. Doctoraal examen 9 Juli '42, sinds Aug.'42 leeraar a/h Sted. Gymnaisum (...). Wenschen. Het is een vreemde situatie om inzake je eigen biografie wenschen uit te spreken. (...). Het gedicht dat je inleidt zal bij de lezers, die als zoodanig waarschijnlijk nooit van mij gehoord hebben, de gewone vraag doen rijzen welke publicaties ik op mijn geweten heb. Antwoord: geene, behalve dan enkele in het studentenblad (...). Wat mijn teeken-werkzaamheid betreft, ook hier een activiteit bij schokken (...). Tenslotte ben ik causer, sprker of redenaar, of hoe je het dan noemen wilt.(...) Verder is alles jouw zaak, hoe je het wilt doen en wat je de goegemeente over je Secretais op de mouw wilt spelden. (...) Misschien is het goed het vers dan begin Nov. in Elsevier op te nemen en tegelijk daarmee elders in het nummer een sprookje met platen.
